Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HisHarvest!

We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are significant delays, we will contact you via email.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days
  • Rural addresses: 2–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier network, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery timeframes and shipping costs will vary depending on destination and courier availability. Please email hello@hisharvest.co.nz with any queries!

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

We offer free shipping across New Zealand for orders over $120.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

HisHarvest is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

While we will do our best to help resolve delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
