At HisHarvest, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help!

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either:

  • A refund to the original payment method; or
  • Store credit, at our discretion.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, digital products, and custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by New Zealand law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for apparel sizing, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the item was supplied incorrectly by us.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by law:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, HisHarvest will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
