  • Part of the heartbeat of HisHarvest is to plant seeds – that’s why we are passionate about partnering with local ministries and churches to sow back into the community we were created to serve. For every sale, a large portion of the profits is tithed directly to these beautiful ministries so that more workers can be sent out into the harvest fields as Jesus calls us.   • We aim to fulfil and assign tracking details to all orders by the following business day via CourierPost. Once assigned, we will send you all of the information via email – allowing you to watch your parcel travel from our place to your hands! For domestic shipments, please allow 2-5 days for arrival. For international shipments, the arrival date can vary depending on shipping provider so we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details for all relevant delivery updates.
  • HisHarvest is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels BUT we will do our best to assist you in answering questions and concerns – simply email [email protected]
  • All HisHarvest garments & pieces are designed, printed, and packaged locally here in Aotearoa. As we are a small business who manufactures by hand there is the chance that minor mistakes might slip through our system. We would love to resolve these for you – if you receive a defective garment/product or it is the incorrect size, please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve this problem for you. Our team would love to connect with you & walk you through the process of returning your product & receiving your intended piece. Please note: These costs will be incurred by us.
  • If you want to return an item for any reason, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your delivery to begin our return process. You will then be contacted by our team and asked to ship the product/s to our return address for inspection. If all is in order, you will be refunded for the items returned. Please note: the original shipping cost and costs involved in returning the garment/s will not be refunded.
  • When returning product/s, we kindly ask that you would return them in their original state (in an unworn / unused condition). Please re-pack it tidily in its original packaging and then in a suitable package for shipping to ensure that the pieces do not attain damage through transit upon return. HisHarvest reserves the right to refuse returns and/or refunds if products are not returned in original & unused condition.
  • If you would like to exchange your product for another size/colour/piece, please follow our return policy as listed above and you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. From there, you can browse our collections online through our store page and choose your desired piece. 
  • HisHarvest respects every customer’s privacy and will not share personal information with any outside affiliates. Customer information is encrypted & stored securely to ensure efficient communication and delivery of order. The use of cookies is also encrypted and solely for site operation.
